Class Description: This class is for all levels and will allow you to explore the many benefits yoga has for body, mind, and spirit. Experience the power of breath in reducing stress and anxiety. Discover both movement and stillness as opportunities to increase your awareness of God’s loving presence. We will join our breath with movement at a pace that’s comfortable for all levels of experience and ability! Wear comfortable clothing, refrain from a heavy meal prior to class, and bring water. Limited number of mats available - bring your own (or a large towel) if you have one. Diane looks forward to meeting you on the mat!

Diane is a yoga instructor, life-long student and pilgrim. She has been teaching movement for more than 30 years. Diane became a yoga teacher after experiencing intensive recovery from a car accident. During recovery, Diane relearned the beauty of breath and discovered the power of yoga to heal our minds, bodies, and spirits. Diane's teaching method is about making yoga approachable and do-able in day-to-day life, so that your mat can serve as an enriching 'home'— a place to which you can return and be well. Diane is certified by Yoga Alliance and in Dr. Loren Fishman’s Yoga for Osteoporosis method. She holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Columbia seminary in Decatur, GA and a BFA in Dance Performance from SMU in Dallas, TX
